With a focus on the values of inclusion and equality, the Diversity Aesthetics Roundtable was designed to strengthen Allergan Aesthetics and the global communities we serve through creating a sense of community, learn from the unique experiences of diverse aesthetics providers in markets nationwide and educate on the current landscape of the aesthetics market. The goal is to create a positive and productive relationship where customers feel seen and valued and can share best practices to foster a diverse and inclusive practice among peers.
The concept was initiated in partnership with Dr. Camille Cash, Plastic Surgeon in Houston, TX, with 15 diverse aesthetics providers. Since the first session in Houston, the program has taken off with eight roundtables hosted in 2022 with 170 diverse attendees and Seattle, Miami, D.C. and Phoenix in the works for 2023!
