Review claims to assist with correct coding guidelines, billing options, and coverage in support of accurate claims processing, including support with irregular denials and inconsistent payment.

Prior Authorization

Assist with predetermination/precertification process, including checking PA requirements and documentation.

Education

Educate on correct coding and payment, insurance coverage and documentation, policy guidelines, payment methodologies, required documentation, payer regulations, economics/value proposition*, health policy (commercial, government), and healthcare reform.

Appeals Assistance

Provide personalized appeals support for denied patient claims and PAs, including peer-to-peer reviews.
